About me

I have been a librarian at the University of Minnesota for 20 years, serving as the Mathematics Librarian from 1990 to 1995, and then as the Collections Coordinator for the Science & Engineering Library (and Geology Librarian) from 1995 to2003. Since 2003, I have been the Director of Academic Programs for the Physical Sciences and Engineering, providing leadership for a tech savvy group of 10 librarians and staff who provide exceptional support for faculty, staff and students.

See the services we provide to support researchers and instructors, as well as the workshops and tutorials we offer. Students should also look into the SMART Commons, which provides support and equipment for multimedia projects, access to tutors for those tough classes, and research help from peer research consultants.
