Registration
The registration fee for the symposium is $65, lunch and breaks included. Registration deadline is May 2, 2005. Register early to reserve your place; registration is limited to 200.
- Mail your payment (check or MINITEX account code) and a copy of the online Reservation/Registration Form (or a copy of the registration form found in the brochure) by May 2nd to: Janet Roseen, S30 Wilson Library, 309 19th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55455. Make the check payable to the University of Minnesota. We do not accept purchase orders or credit cards.
- FAX: Reserve a space by completing the registration form found in the brochure or the online Reservation/ Registration form and faxing it to Janet. Payment must follow the FAX registration by the May 2nd deadline to guarantee your reservation.

MINITEX Account. If you are charging your MINITEX account, be sure to include your MINITEX account code on the registration or reservation form.
Refund Policy. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency situation such as bad weather or health, leave a message at (612) 625-1077 the day of the symposium. The Library will use its discretion to determine if a refund can be made.
