What is this service? The Engineering, Science and Technology Information Service (ESTIS) is a unit within the information access and delivery team of the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities Campus library system. It provides scientific and business information to those outside the academic community as part of the public service mission of the University of Minnesota, a land grant institution. When will my order be delivered? Most standard requests are shipped within 48 hours, and many are sent the same day. We use fax, local couriers and overnight carriers as well as US mail. If you have an approaching deadline, just let us know, and we'll do our best to provide your materials on time. Rush service, based on delivery, includes next day, same day, and one hour. Please note: one hour service may not be available on all materials. You will be advised if there will be a delay. What are the fees for this service?
