How to Find Online CNN Clips in Television News Archive
Television News Archive, a database that the Libraries subscribe to, contains CNN clips from 1995-present. The database is also an index to other network news, however only CNN is available in online format. You will need to have RealPlayer or Real Alternative installed to be able to view the clips.Steps for finding CNN clips:
First, log in to Television News Archive. Next follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on "Enter TV-NewsSearch"
Step 2: Click on the "Advanced Search" tab
Step 3: Select "CNN Only" in the Network dropdown menu
Step 4: Enter keywords and click search
Step 5: Review results. Click on videocamera image to view results, or click on results link for more information about the clip
