Your document delivery order will include copyright royalty fees, which are
paid to the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) for distribution to copyright
holders. To assist you in budgeting for document delivery, we have
assembled the following list of fees, set by copyright holders for copying
from their publications. This list is taken from the CCC, and is provided
for budget estimating only. The actual fees may vary. Not all publishers
are listed. If you would like to know the copyright fees before submitting
