Poster Guidelines
Maximum poster size: 34 inches wide x 48 inches tall (86.36 x 121.92 cm). If you are printing at either the CBS Imaging Center or the John R. Borchert Map Library, please note their specific printing limitations below.
Push pins will be provided for attaching posters to the display boards. Presenters are expected to arrive by 12:30 and to be available to discuss their presentation throughout the poster session from 1:00 to 6:00.

Poster Printing Resources
CBS Imaging Center [Cost: Free, Deadline: 11 April, 2007]
Posters printed at the CBS Imaging Center will
be printed on paper that is 34" wide x 42" tall.
To submit a poster for printing at the CBS Imaging Center, please complete their online form at: http://bass.cbs.umn.edu/hawk/form96.
John R. Borchert Map Library [Cost: Free; Deadline: 11 April, 2007]
Posters printed at the Map Library will be printed on paper that is 36" wide and 48" tall. Students may either trim their posters to 34" wide, or leave a 1" margin of white space on the sides. Students will be responsible for trimming the posters on their own. Please submit your printing early.
Must be submitted in person, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, and must be submitted by 11 April, 2007 (one week before symposium). Students should be prepared to wait approximately 30 minutes for posters to print.
