Where can I find historical photos from the University of Minnesota?


Explore a selection of digitized photos depicting the history of the University, faculty and administrators, and campus scenes through the UMedia Archive.

Additional photos are available on site through the University of Minnesota Archives . The University of Minnesota Archives has a variety of photographs beginning in the late 19th century through the present. The majority of the photographic collections maintained by the Archives were created by the University's photographic services and later University photographers.

Digital reproductions of photographs in these collections are available for a fee. Please contact the University Archives for more information on how to submit an image order.
