Where can I find the full text of a U.S. corporate annual report to shareholders (publicly-traded corporations only)?


Mergent Online

Mergent Online has the full text of U.S. corporate annual reports to shareholders. Foreign companies traded only on foreign exchanges are not included in the database as licensed by the Libraries. Type in the company's name or ticker to get started. Click on Annual Reports. Choose the year you want. Reports from 1996 to the present are available.

Company Websites

You may be able to get the complete full-text image file of a corporation's recent annual reports from their website.

Securities and Exchange Commission

The EDGAR database contains Form 10K (annual report to the SEC) which is different from the annual report to shareholders, but is available free and has some similar information.
