Who can help me if my password isn't working or I've forgotten my password?
For help with your University Internet ID and password, you may contact the Technology Helpline at (612) 626-4276.
To ensure security of Internet accounts, the Helpline is the only service unit on campus that is authorized to deal with password problems.
Their hours are:
- Mon-Th: 8 am-11 pm
- Fri: 8 am-5 pm
- Sat: 12 noon-5 pm
- Sun: 5 pm-11 pm
Note: they won't accommodate requests for password assistance over e-mail.
