Do the Libraries have group study spaces that students can reserve?

Answer:

The libraries have many group study spaces that are available first come, first served.

The Bio-Medical Library accepts room reservations in person or by phone at 612-626-4045.

Magrath Library has a reservable Media Viewing and Group Study Space (room 80). More information can be found here to reserve the space. Magrath Library also has a group study room (room B55) that University students can check out. Students will have to fill out the form available at the Magrath Circulation desk to check out the room.

Walter Library has group study rooms available on first come-first served basis. They are located in on the Basement Level, Room 206 and in the Smart Learning Commons, Room 204.

The Veterinary Medical Library Conference Room (Room 450C) is available for meetings and group study. Two hour reservations can be made in person at the service desk or by calling 612-624-4211.
