Food Science and Technology Abstracts

Alternative Databases:

1. PubMed and Ovid Medline: Information related to clinical trials, health effects, etc.

2. AGRICOLA and CAB Abstracts: Information on the agriculture/crop aspects of food science and nutrition.

3. SciFinder: This is an advanced chemistry database good for finding information on chemistry-related aspects of food science. It's especially useful for flavor research.

4. Web of Science and SCOPUS: General science databases. Recommended in conjunction with the databases listed above.
