The The Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) network consists of over 750 Research Fellows and Affiliates based in over 237 different institutions in 28 countries (90% in the European Union). Because it draws on such a large network of researchers, CEPR is able to produce a wide range of research that reflects a broad spectrum of individual viewpoints and perspectives. Comprehensive source for theory and research in international affairs. County Business Patterns (U.S. Census)
County Business Patterns is an annual series that provides subnational economic data by industry. The series is useful for studying the economic activity of small areas; analyzing economic changes over time; and as a benchmark for statistical series, surveys, and databases between economic censuses.

Businesses use the data for analyzing market potential, measuring the effectiveness of sales and advertising programs, setting sales quotas, and developing budgets. Government agencies use the data for administration and planning.

County Business Patterns covers most of the country's economic activity. The series excludes data on self-employed individuals, employees of private households, railroad employees, agricultural production employees, and most government employees. The County Business Patterns program has tabulated on a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) basis since 1998. Data for 1997 and earlier years are based on the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) System.

This series has been published annually since 1964 and at irregular intervals dating back to 1946. The comparability of data over time may be affected by definitional changes in establishments, activity status, and industrial classifications.

Current Index to Statistics -- Extended Database
Current Index to Statistics Extended Database is the Internet version of Current Index to Statistics, Applications, Methods and Theory, from the American Statistical Association and the Institute of Mathematical Statistics. CIS is a bibliographic index to publications in statistics and related fields. It includes coverage, in most cases from 1974 (or first issue if later) to the present (currently, volumes published in 1998) from 106 "core journals" (and pre-1974 coverage for a number of them), selected articles since 1974 from about 900 additional journals, and about 8000 books in statistics published since 1974. Each year, the CIS-ED is updated with an additional year of coverage. Effective January 1, 2017, the Current Index to Statistics is free to the public and will remain open until December 31, 2019 when it will be shut down.

Dissertations and theses from over 1000 universities. Doctoral dissertations are indexed for almost all North American graduate schools and many European universities. Masters theses from selected schools only. Provides bibliographic citations for older titles. Abstracts are included for dissertations since 1980 and for masters theses since 1988. DOAJ Directory of Open Access Journals (OA)
Directory of Open Access Journals covers free, full text, quality controlled scientific and scholarly journals of all subjects and languages. There are 5625 journals in the directory. Currently 2398 journals are searchable at the article level; ~468,000 articles are included in the DOAJ service.

ebrary (now Proquest Ebook Central) Authentication Required
ebrary is an ebook platform that hosts a wide variety of titles. To use features such as note taking and highlights, create a Bookshelf account. A few advanced features, including text-to-speech, require you to download the Ebrary reader to view content. Books can be read online, or downloaded for 1-2 weeks. Mobile app is available.

    The Global Financial Database is a collection of financial and economic data provided in ASCII or Excel format. There are 20,000 historical or current data series which may be downloaded directly from the web site. Global coverage includes stocks, bonds, treasury bills, interest rates, commodity prices, CPI, GDP, exchange rates, indexes, population and more.

    To access the database, click on "Login/Register" --> "GFDFinaeon". In the next page, select "Login Anonymously" for library access.     IBISWorld Procurement Research Reports Authentication Required
    IBISWorld's Procurement Reports cover a multitude of indirect purchasing lines. These detailed reports, ranging from 15-20 pages, cover product/service pricing dynamics, product characteristics that affect the purchasing decision, supplier benchmarking and supply chain risks, and negotiation questions and tactics. The reports get updated 1-3 times a year, and for some, depending on the industry, 6-7 times a year.     INFORMS publishes 14 journals on topics in industrial engineering. Twelve are indexed in (and can be searched for using) Web of Science and Business Source Premier. INFORMS Transactions on Education is indexed in PsycINFO.

    Located within the Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan, ICPSR (Interuniversity Consortium for Political and Social Research) provides access to the world's largest archive of computerized social science data, both publicly and privately collected and published. The 14 key business ratios cover the critical areas of business performance --solvency, efficiency and profitability. They are broken down into median figures, with upper and lower quartiles. Ratios are arranged by Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Codes -a four-digit number that classifies business establishments by defining the industries in which they do business.
