If you are planning to show films from our library in your class this semester, just know that we at the University of Minnesota Libraries are here to help!

If you have used a Google Form in the past to request a film delivery from us, please note that we are retiring the Google Form in favor of encouraging users to use Get It or Course Reserves instead. See https://z.umn.edu/reservefilm for more details.
If you have questions about any of this, please contact the SMART Learning Commons.

You can find films at several of our libraries, with the largest collections at Walter Library and East Asian Library. We have licensed access to thousands of films through online streaming platforms as well.

You can search for films at lib.umn.edu, and if you are signed in, you can request to have them delivered to you using the Get It Delivery link found in the catalog. You can place films on Course Reserves if you want to make sure that it is available for you and your students. And if there is a film that you would like to request that the Libraries acquire, please let us know.
