12 fully enclosed rooms and 2 semi-private spaces are available for reservation.
Wilson Library (West Bank) Wilson Studio Meeting Rooms
The Wilson Research Collaboration Studio (Wilson Studio), Team Meeting Room (180C) and Business Research & Data Lab (180D) provide collaborative meeting space with video conferencing and large screen display capability. The Business Lab also provides access to the Bloomberg Terminal.
Wilson Library (West Bank) Wilson Studio Tables
The Wilson Research Collaboration Studio (Wilson Studio) is designed for scholars and researchers of all levels looking for a space to work collaboratively. Reserve these collaborative table spaces up to two days in advance.
Reservation Details
  • Most group study rooms limit access to 2 hours a day up to 2 weeks in advance
  • Priority is always given to groups of 2 or more (Single users - even those with reservations - may be asked to move)
  • Spaces revert to first-come, first served if not claimed within 15 minutes
  • Spaces must be returned to the state in which they were found
  • Users are expected to follow applicable University Libraries and University of Minnesota policies, including the Student Code of Conduct (pdf)
To Cancel or Change a Reservation
  • Refer to the confirmation email to cancel a reservation
  • If you no longer have the email, contact the location for help changing a reservation
