Where can I find information on University of Minnesota buildings?

Explore the Twin Cities campus through time using an interactive application, developed by the John R. Borchert Map Library with collections from the University of Minnesota Archives, that includes maps, aerial images, building photographs, and data layers.

Details about individual buildings, such as the year built, name changes, architect, and year razed, are available in the Campus Buildings collection of the University Digital Conservancy, the digital arm of University Archives.

If you are interested in more campus building information, please contact University Archives. A staff member will be happy to talk with you about related collections, including reference files and building plans and blueprints.

For current campus maps and building photos, please use the Twin Cities interactive campus maps.
