I lead and manage the Acquisitions and Rapid Cataloging (ARC) Unit. The ARC Unit is responsible for ordering, receipting, invoice payment, order maintenance, and rapid cataloging of physical and media materials. The unit is also responsible for acquisitions and management of serials subscriptions for print journals and processing of approval plans and shelf-ready materials for Libraries collections. 



Unit Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and accountability for all unit services and operations by planning, implementing, managing and evaluating the activities of the unit.

Unit Supervision: Manage and supervise staff in the Acquisitions and Rapid Cataloging Unit (ARC).

Planning: Participate in selection, implementation, and development of new initiatives and emerging technologies.

Functional: Oversee and coordinate acquisitions training, procedures and policy development related to physical monographs and serials within ARM.
