Jackie has worked at Wilson Library since 2000. In her current role, she manages library operations for the following functional areas: the Wilson First Floor, Basement, Annex Service Desks, Borrowing Privileges & Fines, Stacks Maintenance, Get It Paging and Student Worker Management. She has experience planning and implementing large scale projects and enjoys exploring the unlimited world of data.
