As University of Minnesota Libraries Collections Facility Manager, Jackie oversees the ingest project of roughly 8,000 items per day, and works with a small team of staff to retrieve and reshelve materials. Jackie supports and trains the project and operations staff, as well as 20-30 project student workers. Prior to this role, Jackie was a manager in Access & Information Services.
