Lisa Calahan is the Head of Archival Processing at the University of Minnesota Libraries, Archives and Special Collections (2014-present). She previously worked for the Black Metropolis Research Consortium at the University of Chicago (2009-2014).  She holds a MLIS from Dominican University and a MA in Public History from Loyola University, Chicago.  She is an instructor for ArchivesSpace (2014-present) and Chair of the Society of American Archivists Tragedy Response Initiative Task Force (2018-2020).
