Lois Hendrickson

Interim Curator

Wangensteen Historical Library of Biology and Medicine; 568 Diehl Hall

A work-study job as an undergraduate assistant in a regional state archives, and a love of history, led me to a career in Archives and Special Collections. I worked in an institutional archives, the University of Minnesota's Archives for a number of years, and later made the move to rare books and manuscripts in the Wangensteen Historical Library, which has a specialization in medicine and natural history before 1930.
