Need to get caught up from the busy week? Need motivation to turn your Friday afternoon into a key part of your homework routine? Want to make the sunday scaries be less scary? Come to Walter Library for a relaxed yet productive study time at the Friday Finish from 1:30-4pm on Fridays:

What is it like? Who is it for?

  • Take time to relax, finish up work from the week, get a start on weekend homework or plan ahead for next week.
  • All students (undergraduate and graduate) are welcome. Study solo or bring a friend or a study group. 
  • Find your perfect study spot with hundreds of individual and group study spaces (reserve a study room)
  • Fast-track your finish with peer tutors for research, writing, MATH, CHEM, and more (view tutoring schedules and book appointments)
  • Get help with doing research, finding sources and writing papers
  • We will have a creative study break each week like button making, bracelet making, and more or make something in the Toaster (sewing machines, sticker making, 3D printing, and more).
  • Free coffee, snacks and treats from M Food Co. 
  • Enjoy a selection of fun reading books to read or check out.
