The ABC of It: Why Children's Books Matter
In celebration of the 70th anniversary of Dr. Irvin Kerlan's first gift of children's books and artwork to the University Libraries, the Children's Literature Research Collections will be hosting The ABC of It, curated by scholar Leonard L. Marcus.
The exhibit will be open February 11 - May 31, 2019. Hours correspond with regular Andersen Library building hours:
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
In addition to the exhibit, there will be multiple events and learning opportunities open to the public, giving the opportunity to delve further into the materials, as well as learn about the creation of the exhibit itself.
