Magrath Library hours
Magrath collections and upper floors will close April 17
The collections and upper floors of Magrath Library will close on April 17, 2026 for collections moves. The ground floor including the service desk and the basement extended study area will remain open until May 13, 2026 when Magrath Library will close permanently. The extended study area on the basement level will remain accessible over the summer. For more information, please see our St. Paul Campus Center and Library updates page.

The main area of Magrath Library has full services during the hours listed below. A U Card is required for access.
The Magrath building also has an extended study area on the basement and ground level on the South side of the building. This area is available for students, faculty and staff after the main library is closed.
