The Get It services includes delivery of loanable library materials to any currently open University of Minnesota campus library location, your campus office, or to your home. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the Get It Office email@example.com.
Please note: Items must have a one week loan period or longer to be eligible for Get It requesting. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing and routing of materials to other libraries; in many cases, pickup items are available within 24 hours. You will get an email when item is ready for pick up.
For home delivery materials, allow five to ten days for delivery of materials to your home. Contact us if you don't receive it within fourteen days.
To Request an Item via the Get It Service:
There is no charge to patrons who request home delivery.
Email us with any questions, or if you live outside of the seven-county metro area and can only return library materials by mail.
Periodical or multi volume source requests must be submitted using Interlibrary Loan (in lieu of Get It). Indicate needed volume(s) when submitting, if appicable.
To view your library account select "My Account" from the menu in the upper right corner of the Libraries' homepage.
If you have not received a requested item within five days, contact the Get It Office firstname.lastname@example.org so that a copy may be made available.
